Who operates Aries

Aries TV is operated by Guangzhou Yuanze Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd（广州远泽智能科技有限公司）. For privacy questions or requests, contact even4028@gmail.com.

Information we process

• Accounts: your email address, account identifier and authentication/session information, used to sign you in and secure your account.
• Viewing activity: episode progress, saved titles, likes, recommendation feedback and playback events, used to resume viewing and improve recommendations.
• Technical information: device and app information, connection information such as IP address, and error/security logs needed to deliver video and operate the service.
• Creator submissions: studio details, submitted videos and posters, descriptions, rights declarations, review decisions and verification references. Please do not put identity document numbers into submission text.
• Support: messages and information you choose to send us.

Advertising

The app uses Google AdMob for advertising and Google’s consent tools where applicable. The advertising SDK may process device identifiers, IP address, app interactions and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Our current ad requests are configured as non-personalized; this does not mean that no information is processed. Test builds may show test ads.

Service providers and sharing

We use Supabase for authentication and database services, Cloudflare for domain and media infrastructure, Resend for sign-in emails, and Google AdMob for advertising. Apple provides app distribution and may process testing information under its own policies. Providers receive information needed to perform their roles. We may also disclose information when required by law or to investigate abuse and protect the service.

International processing

Our operator is based in China. Our infrastructure and providers may process information outside your country, including the United States and Japan. Privacy protections and legal requirements may differ between countries.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and activity information while it is needed to provide the service. Security logs, support records and records needed for disputes or legal obligations may be retained for those purposes. Deleting an account removes active account records and queues associated creator media for deletion. See how to delete your account.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to restrict or object to processing, obtain a copy of your information or complain to your local privacy authority. We may need to verify your identity to fulfill a request.

Children

Aries is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action. Check the app’s store age rating and individual content notices before viewing.

This website

This informational website has no sign-up form or analytics script. Our hosting provider processes connection information to serve pages and protect the service. Email links open your email application.

We will update this notice when our practices change and provide additional notice where required.
