Delete your Aries account

In the app

Open My library → Account → Delete account. Request the confirmation code at your registered email address and complete the deletion confirmation.

If you cannot access the app

Email even4028@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject “Aries account deletion”. We will verify that the request belongs to you before processing it. Never send us your password or a sign-in code.

What happens

Deletion removes your active Aries account and its associated profile, saved activity and creator application. Your sessions are revoked. Creator submissions are withdrawn and their stored media is queued for deletion.

Deletion cannot be undone. Limited records may need to be retained for accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention or legal obligations; they are restricted to those purposes. Data held independently by an advertising provider is governed by that provider’s policy.
